With almost two decades of experience in Executive Search, I bring deep sector expertise, an extensive international network, and a highly targeted approach to talent acquisition for top class Hedge Funds. Prior to founding Gold Spark Consultancy, I spent more than a decade at Alpha Financial Markets, another leading Hedge Fund Executive Search Firm, where we advised Tier 1 Hedge Funds on strategic hiring and built a strong track record of successful Portfolio Manager placements.
My core strengths lie in understanding complex investment strategies, assessing performance-driven talent, and delivering discreet, high-impact search mandates. I am known for my ability to identify niche talent, navigate competitive markets, and provide trusted advisory support to both clients and candidates at the highest level.
I hold a Master’s Degree with Honours from the University of Edinburgh and completed a highly competitive Executive Education MBA Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business, further strengthening my strategic and leadership capabilities.
